Chris Jameson has been investing in real estate since 2009. He has acquired over $10M in single-family properties and participated in several multifamily syndications with a total asset value of over $50M. Since entering the private lending industry in 2011, he has originated or closed over 1,200 hard money loans with over $125M in lifetime volume. Through hard work, focus, and dedication, he has been a proud recipient of three Vendor of the Year Awards from Lifestyles Unlimited. In 2019, Mr. Jameson also became a Certified Fund Manager through the American Association of Private Lenders.
Mr. Jameson brings Freedom a successful personal and professional track record: opening new lending markets, expanding existing markets to record- breaking heights, five years owning and operating private lending companies, an incredibly-low lifetime foreclosure rate, and comprehensive subject matter expertise in the real estate investing and lending industries.
Prior to his venture into the real estate industry, Chris served as an Intelligence Specialist for the US Navy, receiving numerous awards, medals, and certificates, including a Military Excellence Award (the top recruit of over 700), two Early Promote Ratings (the highest possible evaluation rating), Joint Commendation Medal for meritorious service in Iraq supporting Joint Special Operations Command, Certificate of Appreciation from the Army Rangers, and acknowledgement for excellence from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Chris also deployed to Afghanistan as a private contractor in support of Combined Joint Task Force Paladin, assisting with Counter-IED and Explosive Ordnance Disposal efforts.
Mr. Jameson graduated from Central Washington University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration. In 2010, Chris moved to San Antonio, Texas when his wife, AnneMarie, joined the US Air Force. They moved to Dallas in 2014 for Chris’s job promotion, and then to Colorado Springs in 2018 to raise a family. Chris and AnneMarie have traveled the world, visiting 15 different countries and 35 different US States. They have two sons, Dakota (5) and Dresden (3), and a daughter, Kennedy, born in May 2020.
